Senior Resident Technician

This position is located at the Tesla factory in Shanghai and requires night shifts

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Complete service work for Atlas Copco products independently

Clear understanding of service contract scope and KPIs

Develop service plans based on service contract requirements

Strong enforcement based on service contract requirements

Provide walking route activities and reports

KPI data collection, analysis and presentation

Complete service documentation according to Atlas Copco or customer standards

On-site workshop management and implementation of lean recommendations

Pass ISO internal or external audit

Maintain good relationship with customers

Gather customer needs and feedback to sales or managers

Work closely with sales and project teams on new equipment installations

Provide customers with Atlas Copco tool operation training

Customer quality problem claims and follow-up

Raise warning signs when there are business and technical risks

Instruct other field technicians to complete service work

Fixed assets, safety protection equipment and firefighting equipment management

Strictly abide by Atlas Copco's and customers' safety, health, environment, quality policies

Assist the team leader to do the service contract work

College degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering

Experience

More than 2 years experience in after-sales service of industrial products

Knowledge

Mechanical, electronic, electrical knowledge

Knowledge of PLC, Fieldbus and Ethernet is a plus

Strong diagnostic, maintenance and troubleshooting capabilities
