How to adjust the pressure of Atlas air compressor

The air compressor pressure setting needs to press the pressure switch, adjust the start and stop of the air compressor by adjusting the pressure in the air storage tank, and maintain it. When the factory is commissioning, it can adjust the pressure according to the needs of the enterprise, and after adjusting the pressure, it needs to set the pressure difference. For example, when the compressor is started, it is pumped inward, and when the pressure reaches 20 pounds, the air compressor is unloaded or stopped. When the pressure is 14 pounds, the Atlas air compressor will start again, and it will have a pressure difference. The main purpose is to reduce the continuous operation of the unit, reduce wear, and extend the service life of the unit. So how to adjust the unit pressure with the pressure switch?

Pressure level adjustment. Adjust the screw clockwise with pressure to increase the pressure. On the contrary, the applied pressure is low, indicating that its pressure difference has not changed.

When the air compressor is set to pressure or running, it means that the vent valve is saturated, and the valve will discharge the gas in the steel pipe. Of course, this is a normal phenomenon, and there is no need to worry.

The air pressure adjustment method of the air compressor air pressure adjustment valve: there are two small screws, one is to adjust the low pressure of the nozzle, and the other is to adjust the pressure.

There is also a pneumatic pressure regulating valve, which is a double-sealed structure pressure balance regulating valve with a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator, which is low in height, light in weight and simple in equipment. The valve core adopts a cage valve, which converts the air source pressure into the linear displacement of the valve core, automatically controls the opening of the regulating valve, and continuously regulates the pressure of the fluid in the pipeline.

Pneumatic single-piece conditioning valve is a commonly used pneumatic conditioning valve. Using compressed air as the driving force, receiving the pressure signal of the control system, adjusting the flow of the medium in the pipeline, and completing the automatic process of production control. Consists of a pneumatic actuator and a single regulating valve. With compressed air as the power source, the cylinder is used as the actuator, electric valve positioner, converter, solenoid valve, safety valve and other accessories to drive the valve to complete the switch or proportional adjustment. Accept the control signal of the industrial automation control system to complete the adjustment of the pipeline medium.

Note that when adjusting the pressure, do not exceed the specified pressure range on the nameplate of the Atlas air compressor, but proper exhaust is necessary.
